                             ORDINANCE NO.   10073 
        
        
                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO AMEND ARTICLE V, SECTION 1306(1), RELATIVE
                   TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT:  INSTITUTIONAL.

              	   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, 
the
         Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
        
              	   SECTION 1.	  That Article V, Section 1306(1) be
         deleted in its entirety and substitute in lieu thereof the
         following:
                   (1)	An Institutional Planned Unit Development
                        will be shown on the zoning maps when the
                        Final Institutional PUD Plan has been
                        approved by the City Council.  An
                        Institutional PUD will be located within
                        an R-4 Zone, as delineated on the zoning
                        maps of the City of Chattanooga.
                  
                  
         	   SECTION 2.	  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this
         Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its 
passage
         as required by law.
